If you're visiting my website, chances are you're looking to improve your health, build strength, lose weight, gain confidence, or simply feel better in your own body. Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you're here.
My name is Breanna, and my journey into health and fitness began long before I became a personal trainer.
At 21 years old, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease, an autoimmune condition that significantly impacted my health. At the time, I was struggling with my weight, energy levels, and overall well-being. I remember being told that if I didn't make significant changes to my lifestyle and prioritize my health, I was setting myself up for serious long-term health complications.
That conversation became a turning point in my life.
What started as a necessity quickly became a passion. I knew I needed guidance and accountability, so one of the first steps I took was hiring a personal trainer. Working with a coach completely changed my perspective on exercise. Instead of feeling intimidated and unsure where to start, I had someone who educated me, supported me, and created a plan that was tailored to my goals and abilities.
That experience showed me the impact a knowledgeable coach can have on someone's confidence, consistency, and overall success. It wasn't just about losing weight or getting stronger—it was about having someone in my corner who believed in me when I was still learning to believe in myself.
As I became stronger and healthier, I discovered something unexpected—I fell in love with fitness.
The gym became more than a place to work out. It became a place where I learned discipline, confidence, resilience, and the power of consistency. Through my own experiences, I realized that true transformation isn't about perfection. It's about making small, sustainable choices every day that move you closer to the life you want to live.
My personal journey inspired me to earn my Personal Training Certification so I could help others navigate their own health and fitness challenges. From there, I pursued a degree in Health and Wellness to deepen my understanding and provide my clients with evidence-based guidance and support.
I understand what it's like to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and unsure where to start because I've been there myself. That's why my coaching focuses on creating sustainable habits, building strength and confidence, and helping clients make progress without feeling like fitness has to take over their lives.
Whether your goal is weight loss, strength training, improving your overall health, or simply feeling more confident in your own skin, I believe everyone is capable of creating meaningful change with the right plan and support.
