Hi there! I'm Breanna, a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle. With a passion for fitness that began 10 years ago, I've spent it honing my skills and knowledge in exercise science and nutrition.

My approach to personal training emphasizes not only physical transformation but also mental and emotional well-being. I believe in creating customized workout plans that are challenging yet enjoyable, tailored specifically to your needs and fitness level.

Through one-on-one coaching sessions, I strive to empower my clients with the knowledge and motivation they need to make lasting changes. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or improve overall fitness, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Outside of the gym, I am spending time with friends and family, hiking, traveling and trying new restaurants. These activities inspire me to maintain a balanced approach to fitness and wellness, which I aim to instill in all my clients.

With this certification I have the expertise in the specialized field of nutrition tailored for athletes and active individual. This certification represents a dedication to understanding how nutrition influences athletic performance, recovery, and overall health, A few key aspects include: Nutrition requirements, macronutrient and micronutrient optimization.

Weight Management Specialist

With this certification I can showcase my expertise in helping individuals achieve and maintain healthy weight goals through evidence-based strategies. This certification signifies a deep understanding of the complexities of weight management and a commitment to guiding clients towards sustainable lifestyle changes. A few key aspects include: comprehensive assessments, nutrition guidance, behavioral modification techniques, exercise prescription and lifestyle coaching.

One-on-One Personal Training

This option is highly beneficial for personalized training programs that fit your fitness level, goals, and any limitations you may have. This option is also great for accountability, form, and technique, along with progress tracking.

Partner Training 

This option is great for those who enjoy working out with friends or family. You will not only get motivation from me but your partner as well, along with accountability. It is a more cost-effective option while still providing personalized attention and guidance.

Online Programming

This option offers flexibility and convenience while still providing personalized guidance. Just like in-personal training, you will receive a personalized program tailored to your goals and fitness level. It is the most cost-effective if you are on a budget but still want structure. You will still have check-ins and progress tracking from me to ensure you’re on the right track.
